Installing ceiling panels

You will need:
- carpet knife
- pen and ruler
- straight batten or metal straightedge
- square
- thick mounting or structural adhesive (depending on installation base and adhesive, approx. 80-300 ml/sq m required)

Before installing
Bring panels into the area where they will be installed at least 24 hours prior to installation. Also check the condition of the panels and make sure they are free of defects.
Plan positioning of panels so that similar-sized panels will be at the edges. In general, install the long edges of the ceiling panels along the direction of the lighting.

Battens (supporting laths)
If installing panels on battens, mount the battens in the direction of the panels. Battens must be spaced at 28 cm intervals on centre.

Installation
The easiest way to fasten the panels is with a staple gun using 12 mm (or larger) staples at 10 cm intervals.

Individual installation instructions are included in the package, or you can download the Installation Instructions for Ceiling Panels leaflet in PDF format.
