Installing Halltex Decor Tiles

Make sure the tiles are from the same production batch. Bring tiles into the area where they will be installed at least 24 hours prior to installation. Plan positioning of tiles so that similar-sized tiles will be at the edges. Check vertical positioning of tiles as well.

 

If installing tiles on battens, space battens 40 cm apart on centres (not the first interval).

 

Take care to install the first tile straight and level. Leave 10 mm space between adjacent tiles. Fasten tongue and grooves 10 cm intervals using 12–35 mm screws or staples. Tiles can also be fastened to concrete walls using adhesive.

 

Corners and edges can be finished with suitable wood or plastic strips.
